Added the synaptic.js library and set up a simple 3 layer perceptron network. One input for each "eye", 4 outputs (fly up, fly down, fly left, fly right) and a hidden layer with 18 neurons for now. With each swipe action the network is told which direction it should have chosen, and retrained. I added a fly icon which I cam calling "Machine Learning Fly" or MLFly.
